Stone Packing

To avoid stone breakage, we aim at taking utmost care while packing the stones properly. The process of transferring the stones from one place to another is quite hard and lengthy, which increases the risk of breakage. There are various processes involved such as using forklifts, loading, unloading, travel through rough ways and more. As a result, the way the stone will be packed is very much important because if it breaks on the way, it will eventually lead to customer dissatisfaction.

We follow the certified process & strict normsfor packing our stones. Besides…we follow the procedures specified by IPPC (International Plant Protection Convention). That’s why our wooden crates are always gone through Fumigation / Pesticide Treatment in order to prevent the infection in wooden packing material and to protect ecological environment. All our packed wooden crates are always being fumigated by Methyl Bromide as per ISPM-15 International Standards to kill the insects and pests. Our Fumigation Standards are acceptable by all quarantine authorities around the world.

Marking on the wooden crates / pallets = Each of our wooden crate always have a mark indicating Name of the Stone, Size, Quantity of Slabs / Tiles in a crate / bundle, Made in India

We usually load the containers in following weight limit:
For European destination we always put 25 or 27 metric tons in the container.
For USA destination we put 27 or 24 or 21 or 19.9 or 16 tons in the container as per instructions.

Photos: Before the container moves out from our Stone Factory, we always email the digital images of each packed container to our clients. This makes it easy for our clients to view the material as well as packed crates that everything has been done as per the order and with 100% transparency.

It is our responsibility to deliver our Stones to you with full security and safety. We make sure that the product reaches to you in the same condition in which you ordered. Our team of experts keep a check on the overall packing procedure and once it is completed, they also look after the quality of wood used.
